The Global Director- Employee Experience, located at Pinkerton headquarters, will apply a progressive, data-driven, and project-based approach to the implementation of projects and solutions that improve all aspects of the Pinkerton employee experience, including but not limited to employee engagement, benefits, and compensation solutions on a global scale.
