The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted HR advisor to Pinkerton Asia-Pacific field offices regarding but not limited to; employee compensation and bonus plans, employment contracts, benefits, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, employee training, and payroll. The Manager will partner with Pinkerton corporate Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the delivery of consistent global policies and programs with localized customization
