The Processing Specialist will work closely with the Operations and Client Services departments to initiate, update, and review all client requests for background screenings. The Specialist performs data entry of client requests and update applicant profiles, utilizes knowledge of court terminology and company hiring criteria to adjudicate for select clients, composes due diligence reports, and troubleshoots applicant tracking system technical issues.
