The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the verification of information received by court sources and will ensure that the related data entry is compliant with municipal, state, and federal laws/regulations. The Specialist communicates with vendors, manages incoming/outgoing calls, and produces accurate/timely reports, as needed.
The Essential Functions Include:
