The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist the Senior Human Resources Manager with candidate pre-screening and completion of the new hire process.The Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for all new employees including; employment offers and benefit information, scheduling and follow-up of pre-employment screenings as well as onboarding workflows and periodic check-points. This role is expected to maintain a consistent focus on process improvement and proactive communication with all Pinkerton field management and administrative staff.
