Review of Background Check Certification procedures for all or a select number of vendors or employees.
Validation of background check procedures on a random sample of internal or provisioned supplier employees to determine the compliance of the screening procedures. Pinkerton can cross reference with a multitude of databases (including address history reports, national and county criminal records, motor vehicle reports, etc.) and employment and education records.
If inconsistencies are uncovered in Phase 2, additional investigations shall commence.
A report will be generated with results of the audit along with recommendations to improve future compliance and quality procedures.
