  • It was reported last week that almost 30 universities in the U.S., Canada, and SouthEast Asia – including The University of Hawaii, the University of Washington,Duke University, South Korea’s Sahmyook University, and the MassachusettsInstitute of Technology – were victims of a cyber espionage attack.

  • In Canada, the Treasury Board President, Jane Philpott resigned her post last week alluding to dissatisfaction due to the government’s response in the case involving SNC-Lavalin Group Inc.
