A large Municipality needed an online system capable of handling different technology requirements from decentralized departments. The Municipality required an online system that would have an option for volunteers to pay for services, be capable of mass invitations to candidates, have integrated questionnaire, utilize document uploads and electronic signatures.
Pinkerton instituted the OnTapp system – a privately labeled and client-branded site – which could function in every way the client desired. Employees were now able to use email signatures, easily configure questionnaires, and handle electronic compliance. The functionality of the new system also allowed online credit card and pay-by-check options.
Pinkerton’s online system enabled the client to have customized functionality so that individuals within the Municipality could do their jobs better.
