Long-term impact of protests could yield more risks to businesses.
While the Hong Kong protests continue inside the city, there has been minimal damage done. Yet Grant Strudwick, Vice President of Pinkerton, cautions businesses while speaking with TIME Magazine, to not let their guard down over the coming months and years. “The day-to-day impact on businesses is very much business continuity, accessibility to their offices. But companies “are starting to review their longer-term outlook.”
