What Does a GSOC Look Like in Practice?

Picture a busy room with screens displaying live feeds from around the world — analysts tracking everything from local crime to international disruptions. They're not just watching; they're analyzing data, creating reports for your decision-makers, and coordinating responses. If a natural disaster hits a key location, your GSOC-based incident response team assesses the impact, advises on travel safety for employees or executives, and activates crisis plans. It's hands-on and collaborative. It’s managed threat detections and response.

What Goes Into Building a GSOC?

Creating a strong GSOC starts with the basics: reliable technology, skilled people, clear processes for handling incidents, and reporting insights to your organization’s decision makers.

Pinkerton's GSOCs are built to scale with your organization's needs, from embedding a single expert to expanding full-scale operations. Should any incidents arise, Pinkerton's team is always on standby to assist, ensuring your security operations are agile and dynamic.

Pinkerton Experts

We partner with you by integrating Pinkerton Dedicated Professionals (PDPs), also known as embedded Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) directly into your organization as onsite experts to manage threat detection and response.
